yes, you.stop being unhappy with yourself. you are perfect. stop wishing you  looked like someone else or wishing people like you as much as they like someone else. stop trying to get attention from those who hurt you. stop hating your body, your face, your personality, your quirks. love them. without those things you wouldn’t be you. and why yould you want to be anyone else? be confident with who you are. smile. it’ll draw people in. if anyone hates on you because you are happy with yourslef then you stick your middle finger in the air and say screw it. my happiness will not depend on others anymore. i’m happy because i love who i am. i love my flaws. i love my imperfections. they make me me. and ‘me’ is pretty amazing.

She was on the Bed next to the last night injured person , And when we asked the Doctor he said that she is Still suffering from her serious burn injures for almost 3 weeks now after she was Wounded in the Latest israeli war on Gaza ( Operation Pillar of Cloud ) ..

Your Prayers with little Asma ♥

Suhaib, one of the injured children in the last Israeli aggression against Gaza. He got injured by rocket fragments in his head, neck, and hand, while his 2-year old brother Iyad died directly. Suhaib, like the others of whom I visited in Al-Shifa hospital raised his hand witha victory sign and a beautiful smile showing LIFE in the eye of an indomitable angel!

Think Pink is a community effort to promote breast cancer awareness. Our efforts culminate every year during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October with Think Pink Events . The month is filled with activities to raise awareness of the importance of early detection in the fight against breast cancer, educational materials and other items to help us all remember the importance of early detection are distributed throughout the communities of Gazahe ground

The pink ribbon is seen as a reminder for women of the dangers of breast cancer and of the importance of self-examination and follow-up for early detection and cure. Women are encouraged to start their mammography screening at of the age of

 40 unless they have a family history of breast cancer, in which case they would start at an earlier age. The pink ribbon is also meant to remind people to do more for breast cancer, as it is the most common cancer among women. On average one in six women around the world is affected by breast cancer. The pink ribbon is used by organisations to raise awareness and educate people about breast cancer as well as to support research. Another aim is to provide a sense of solidarity, as it is worn by many women, not only those who are suffering from breast cancer

عندما ينام العالم- قراءة

جاءت ‘صباحات جنين’ التي صدرت في شهر شباط/فبراير 2010 في نيويورك في 338 صفحة، وتصنف الرواية التي تحكي قصة معاناة عائلة فلسطينية تتعرض للتهجير وسلب أراضيها عبر أربعة أجيال منذ عام 1941 وحتى الوقت الحاضر ضمن الرواية التاريخية، وتركز على تأثير الصراع العربي الاسرائيلي على حياتها وواقعها ومستقبلها. وتروي معاناة شخصياتها من الفلسطينيين، وخاصة أثناء الحروب التي لم تتوقف منذ ما يزيد عن ستة عقود، من خلال قصة آمال التي تولد في مخيم للاجئين الفلسطينيين. يحمل الاسم دلالات رمزية تنطوي على التبشير بالأمل والنصر مهما طالت المعاناة، يقول الأب حسن لابنته آمال في الفصل الثاني: ‘إن آمال بمدّ حرف العلة تعني الأماني والاحلام والكثير منها’.

صدرت طبعة سابقة من الرواية تحت عنوان ‘ندبة داود’ عن دار نشر صغيرة أغلقت بعد ذلك. وعندما بدأت الرواية تحقق نجاحات بعد ترجمتها الى الفرنسية، فقد عرضت عليها دار نشر بلومزبري في الولايات المتحدة إعادة نشرها بعد تغيير العنوان، واستخدام تقنية الانتقال بين صيغ الزمن المختلفة، وهكذا ولد العنوان الجديد ‘صباحات جنين’. وصار عنوان الرواية القديم عنوان الفصل الثالث بصيغتها الجديدة. وفي حين أن شخصيات الرواية خيالية، إلا أن أحداثها وأمكنتها وزمانها بنيت على أحداث واقعية حقيقية في أماكن حقيقية تسرد ملحمة النكبة الفلسطينية وحتى الوقت الحاضر.

تتكون الرواية من ثمانية فصول، يتكون كل منها من عدة أجزاء. يحمل الفصل الأول عنوان ‘النكبة’ ويتكون من سبعة أجزاء يدعى أولها ‘الحصاد’، وفي نهاية هذا الفصل تولد آمال بطلة الرواية في عام 1955. ويُدعى الفصل الثاني ‘النكسة’. أما الفصل الثالث ‘ندبة داود’، فيتكون من ثلاثة عشر جزءاً، ويتحدث عن مأساة الأسرة بفقدان أحد أبنائها، وينتهي بانتقال البطلة الى ملجأ للايتام في القدس. ويعد الفصل الخامس، الذي جاء تحت عنوان ‘قلبي في بيروت’، بالاضافة الى الفصل الثالث، أطول فصول الرواية. ويلاحظ كثرة استخدام الكلمات العربية في متن الرواية وفي عناوين الفصول والاجزاء الى حد أن المؤلفة أرفقت في نهاية الكتاب ملحقاً طويلاً هو في الحقيقة قاموس بالكلمات العربية الكثيرة التي ترد في الرواية، والتي يحتاج القارىء الغربي الى شرح معانيها بالانجليزية، من مثل: النكبة، والنكسة، والغربة، وزغاريت، وسناسل، وفلاحين، وكوفية، ومناقيش، وكنافة، وفول، وحمص ودلعونا..الخ وعبارات من مثل: السلام عليكم، والبقية بحياتك، وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل، وغيرها من العبارات الدارجة.

People’s Health Movement statement on the violation of the rights of Palestinian prisoners on hunger strikers:

 

The  People’s Health Movement(PHM)¹, strongly condemns the Israeli government’s retention of the remaining three Palestinian hunger strikers, without medical assistance or family visitation rights.

 

The health of the three hunger strikers, Samer Al-Barq, Hassan Safadi and Ayman Sharawna is being severely affected by the Israeli authorities withholding medical assistance. All three prisoners are administrative detainees (where a military court can order a person be held without charge for renewable periods of six months – Samer Al-Barq has been held without trial since July 2010) a practice that is in violation of the 4^th Geneva convention regulations, in contradiction with international humanitarian law and widely condemned by human rights organisations around the globe. Of particular concern is the health of both Samer Al-Barq and Hassan Safadi: Samer has been on a renewed hunger strike for nearly 110 days, following a previous hunger strike of 30 days – at the end of August it was reported he was too weak to get out of bed; Hassan Safadi has been on his renewed hunger strike for nearly 80 days, following his previous hunger strike of 71 days. Doctors have noted that both are in danger of imminent death, and that the life of Ayman who has been on hunger strike for nearly 70 days, is also at risk.

 

As reported by doctors from physicians from human rights, who visited the detainees, as well as independent tests done when admitted to hospital for examination, the three hunger strikers all face critical and life threatening health problems. In addition they have been refused family visits despite their poor health conditions and possible impending death. It is also alleged that the hunger strikers have endured physical brutality and psychological torture by the Israeli Prison Service (IPS), in an attempt to get them to break their hunger strike. It also needs to be stressed that these prisoners have not had the opportunity of a fair trial.

 

The United States backed Israeli government has for many years violated the human rights of Palestinian people, through the occupation of Palestinian territories; the economic blockade against Gaza; and ongoing military action against civilian population under occupation. These further violations: of the hunger strikers right to a fair trial, medical assistance and family visitation rights is strongly condemned by the People’s Health Movement.

 

The PHM demands that the Israeli Government and Ministry of Defence:

 

• · Immediately release Samer Al-Barq and his administrative detention order should not be renewed.

• Immediately transfer all hunger strikers to public hospitals; and that no hunger striker should be shackled while in hospital;

• Allow unrestricted access of independent physicians for all hunger strikers;

• Adhere to the agreements reached on 14 and 15 May, including improving conditions of prisoners, family visitation rights and ending of solitary confinement.

• Immediately release all administrative detainees who were promised release at the end of the current orders;

• That Hassan Safadi, Ayman Sharawna and other administrative detainees should be immediately and unconditionally released;

• That governments around the world condemn the ongoing violation of human rights of Palestinians by Israel and sever diplomatic, trade and military ties with Israel.

We call on civil organizations and citizens around the world to pressurize their governments to condemn the ongoing violation of human rights of Palestinians by the Israeli government and to put pressure on Israel to immediately take action for these prisoners whose lives are at risk.

We recognize and appreciate the growth of social forces within Israel who are supporting the prisoners and pressurizing their government to fulfill their human right obligations.

 

 

 

 

تساؤلات روح وفكر

 الأسئلة الهامة حقاً هي تلك التى يصوغها طفل.وحدها الأسئلة الساذجة هي الأسئلة الهامة فعلاً. هي تلك التي تبقى دون جواب. إن سؤلاً دون جواب حاجز لا طرقات بعده. وبطريقة أخرى: الأسئلة التى تبقى دون جواب هي التي تشير إلي حدود الإمكانات الإنسانية، وهي التي ترسم حدود وجودنا.

قديماً، كان الإنسان يسمع بدهشة هذا الضرب المنتظم الذي ياتيه من عمق صدره، ويتساءل عما يكون. لم يكن بإمكانه أن يعد نفسه مماثلاً لشئ مجهول وغريب اسمه الجسد. كان الجسد بماثبة قفص، بداخله شئ ما يتنظر ويسمع ويخاف ويفكر ويُدهش. وهذا الشئ، وهذه البقية الباقية، هذه النتيجة الحاصلة عن الجسد والروح.

اليوم،كفّ العقل بالتأكيد عن أن لغز:فالذي يدق فى الصدر هو القلب كما نعرف،والأنف ليش إلا نهاية القصبة الناتئة عن الجسد التي توصل الأوكسجين إلي الرئتين. أما الوجه فهو لوحة الضفة التي ترسو عليها أعمال الجسد كلها: الهضم والنظر والسمع والتنفس والتفكير..

لحظة استطاع الإنسان أن يسمي أجزاء الجسد، صار الجسد يُشغله أقـل.  كلنا نعرف أن الروح ما هي إلا نتيجة نشاط  المادة السنجابية فى الدماغ، وأن ثنائية الروح والجسد اختفت خلف عبارات علمية ،وهي لم تعد اليوم إلا مزاعم عفا عليها الزمن ،  ومثيرة للسخرية .
لكن يكفي أن  نحب حتي الجنون وأن نسمع مع ذلك أمعاءنا تقرقر فتختفي مقولة وحدة الجسد والروح، ويختفي معها ذلك الوهم المثالي لهذا العصر..
فحين يجد المرء نفسه فى كل دقيقة فى حضرة شخص متودد ومؤدب ، يصعب عليه كثيراً أن يُقنع نفسه فى كل دقيقة بان لاشئ مما كان يقوله صحيح، وأن لا شء حقيقي،، ولكي ينجح فى “ألا يصدّق”(بطريقة مستمرة وجذرية ومن دون دقيقة تردد) يلزمه جهد خارق ، ليصدق !

لهذا ، ما الذي يجبرنا علي أن نعيش ..!؟
حياة : حياة قست وقدمت هدية المرض
حب: حب الذات اصبح الصفة السائدة
إنسان: جسد ام روح ،، ام روح وجسد !

تبقى حياة،، يبقى تساؤل دون اجابة لان اجابة تحتاج لواقع والواقع يحتاج إلي أرض!
وأرض قد سُلبت ..

الاحتيااج.. المصلحةة.. المخاوف.. التهديد..

ليست مجرد مفاهيم او كلمات عابرةة،، إنما هي اساس بناء علاقات ومواقف فى الحياة..

فالانسان حينما يظمأ لا يبحث عن كوب ماء مثلج .. او عن نوع خاص من العصائر .. ولا يهتم كثيرا حينما يشتد عليه بالظمأ بصفاء الماء الذي يشربه او نظافه الاناء الذي يشرب فيه ..
هو يبحث عن شعور الارتواء ولا يهم بعد ذلك شئ
اما اذا تبدل الأمر .. و اتى المرء الشراب لا يشكو الحاح الظمأ فهو يحصي اشياءا عدة قبل أن يهم بالشرب ..

يأتي هذا من منطلق الشعور بالحاجة الماسَّة إلى إعادة بناء العلاقات الإنسانية على أساس من الثقة والاحترام المتبادل، ومراعاة المشاعر والأحاسيس، لما لذلك من دورٍ إيجابي في توثيق عُرى المحبة بين الناس!!

نقاء طبيعة

أريد أن أكتب نصاً طويلاً .. غزير كالشوارع المطيرة، و هادئ كأحلام العصافير في الليل .. موجع كالمكالمات التي لا ترد و غائب كرائحة الحلم القديم .. أريد حباً نقياً كشعرات أبي البيضاء، كالياسمين الساقط من أصابع أمي .. كاكتمال الحديث، كاكتمال القمر .. كالأرجل الدافئة في ليالي الشتاء البارد .. أريد أن نمشي معاً في خطوط يدي و نبني بيتاً في إحدى أغنيات فيروز, أن تخلق لي صبحاً تنساب فيه الروح و ليلاً كحلم العروس، أريد أن تتعانق شقوق البرد و تظل الخضرة تتمايل و ينام الجرح نوم المواليد .. أريد أن أكتب حتى تشيخ أصابعي و ترافقني اللغة في الجنة، أريد أن يأتي غدي كالحليب الصافي، جميلاً كالقصائد و ناعماً كهواء الشبابيك المفتوحة في الليل .. أريد أن تصلني رسالة بخط اليد، أن ينادي باسمي أحد فيرتجف في قلبي غدير ماء و ينتفض كتفي كجناح و أنسكب كالمطر لما يحط، أريد أن أرجع لقبضة الطين الأولى، للزغب، لهدهدات أمي، للعناق الطري .. و هذا الحنين الذي ينبت كل يوم كشجرة لوز إلى الأشياء التي لا زالت تحت المشيئة، حنين إلى الشجر السابح .. إلى . الشوارع التي لم تخرج من خطوط يدي بعد..

صدفةٌ أنْ تستعيري

نجمةَ النسرينِ من قلبي

سديم الفلك أعارني بعض نجومه , أرجوحة في مهب النيازكِ أركبها .. وتزن بي السماء لأعلى حيث القمر ..عقيمٌ هو لا يلد سوى الأماني , تطوّق رجلي كـ خلخالٍ و تحملني لفوق , تمسّ الحلم المستثار ..أطير قليلاً .. قليلاً بما لست أدري , و الكون شرفتي .. و السماء النافذة

يا روحها الباطشة بالرمل

تمشي عليه كالسكر المجروش , تتلكأ بآلاف الرقصات كأطفالٍ لا يكبرون , و بحرها إناءٌ صبت فيه الدموع , تغتسل فيه من الخطايا و ترتدي طهرها/فستانها الزهري ..و عناقيدها كرزٌ مثلج .. تتكهن أصابعها بما يشبه الأسطورة تنام في قلبها الصغير و تكبر فيه ..

.. ساعة دون جاذبية أخرستني

و .. كم أحلم ؟
